We typically try to use romanized text, so reverse it. アモウ translates to Amou, though, so I wonder where this Tukae_Nai name comes from. Are you sure they're the same artist?

tukae_nai's twitter links to アモウ's pixiv , and vice versa. I believe they are the same person. Not aware of other profiles like in Inkbunny.
I also agree in reversing it.
