Implicating elestration → castration

Elestration is a method of castration done via a type of rubber band. Now you know a wonderful new word to use during your holiday dinner. On that note:
elastrator should be aliased to elastration
castration_play should be aliased to castration

Disagree on all but the last one. Elastration is also a method of docking (er, docking a tail, not the sexual practice), so it is not always going to be castration (see post #981185). It is also possible that an elastrator may be present in an image that doesn't show elastration happening (seen in the same post, which would deserve imminent_elastration if that was enough of a thing to deserve a tag), or even about to happen (could just be lying around, as odd as that would be), so I can't support that alias.
