I believe you're probably looking for macro growth or macro expansion (or even macro ~growth ~expansion)

If it can be searched with those two tags just fine, there's no problem then. Having tags that are way too ultra hyper specific just end up with tag bloat and redundancy. Example of one of these types of hyper specific, unnecessary tags: human_penetrating_anthro, which can be searched with human/anthro ~human_penetrating ~anthro_penetrated instead. Really when a tag gets so specific it's ridiculous, it tends to be aliased away to base tags that won't end up with mistag, a la male_only to male.

The only real similar qualities with these types of images tend to be destruction, macro, and growth/expansion, so a combination search with a couple of these work wonders and will probably get a searcher what they're looking for.
