It is one of the mega forms of Charizard.
There is no need for a mega_charizard tag.

Except it covers both versions of Mega Charizard, which is a completely valid use as far as I'm concerned.
We have more posts tagged "Mega_Charizard" than "mega_charizard_x" or "mega_charizard_y". Making sure both versions are covered by "mega_charizard" makes sense to me.
