No, seriously, it is a thing but there is no no tag for it so it could be consistently blocked.

I guess the tag would be bimbo_lips or anything related to bimbofication. Not sure how to take action on this, so here's a discussion.

Partially related but theres no way to search for large inner labia right now

I propose the use of the tag 'dick_sucking_lips', which works for all weird big lips instead of truly regular ones.
