Hello,
So, I have an idea for some kind of tool, be it a website, browser extension or application, that will make sorting through loads of art in one hit easy. Here is my problem:
I have loads of favourite artists. They all have artwork dating back several pages, and I want to go through every single piece of work from every single artist, faving and upvoting the pieces I like and skipping the ones I don't. I have already worked out I can use ambiguous tags such as ~adam_wan or ~zeta-haru to narrow down my searches to a list of all the art from all the artists (every single item is from at least one of the artists). Okay, so I have my method of getting lists of all the art from the artists I like in one hit, and nothing more but nothing less. Now my dilemma occurs: It is EXTREMELY inefficient to go through every image, click UP and click +Fave, or skip it pressing back, so here's my proposed solution to said issue:
A tool which you log in to e621 and type in a list of artists (obviously up to 5 as 5 tags max) and it will go from the beginning of the list, automatically skipping the ones already faved and displaying a lower resolution quick-to-load-yet-fully-visible-and-able-to-be-made-out version of the image, and I can just hit Y or N on the keyboard. Every Y will fave and up and every N will skip to next.
I hope others can see the use I do in this kind of tool. I'd happily make it, however don't have the skill required to do so, so this would be something someone else would have to pick up on... sawwy.
