Although I feel like I've made this request before, searches aren't showing it
Overview: Add a second box to the Edit Posts mode to include a reason for the edit.
Usefulness: Allows users to explain why they added or removed certain tags without having to actually enter the image.
Effected pages: Just the post listing.
