Topic: cone vs tapering

According to the wiki the way to differentiate between tapering_penis and cone_penis if it's retractable or not, however with cone_penis only having 58 entries and tapering_penis having close to 2000.

I don't think many users know that cone exist and just use tapering. It also doesn't help that cone_cock is aliased to tapering_penis instead of cone_penis. It also seems a bit unnecessary to have the retractile part or the description because if it is, it usually entails a genital_slit or cloaca.

Do we really need to differentiate between the two, or should cone_penis be nuked and aliased to tapering_penis since that's what most users seem to be using anyways and the difference between the two are already tagged as cloaca or genital_slit.

Don't differentiate them. We put tapering dicks, cloacas, and genital slits because of TWYS rules. Not sure about the nuking though, no need to cause wipe out the cone penis tag yet.

But that's what I'm saying, according to wiki you are suppose to, which is a challenge because in a lot of cases they look exactly the same.

All good points. I think an alias sounds like a good idea.
