These are two names for the same artist.

It seems he goes by Gloebis everywhere except FurAffinity, where he goes by TheVale. Since he has a lot of cub related art, it seems most of his work goes to Inkbunny and not FurAffinity.

His tumblr account is also under Gloebis, and most Googling leads to Gloebis. Thus, I think the proper tag for him should be, 'gloebis'.
