Reason:
magicjob is less ambiguous than magic_job, by analogy with other single-word acts like handjob and titfuck, and currently has more tagged posts than magic_job (93 vs. 21).
It will consolidate the posts under a single tag for now. Putting this underneath a superset (like magic_sex or something) that includes other magic sex acts might be a logical next step.
EDIT: The tag alias magic_job -> magicjob (forum #259683) has been approved by @Millcore.
