Look the same to me. Also jockey_position looks the same as speed_bump_position.

Similar, but Reverse Wheelbarrow is a standing position, whereas Arch is kneeling (and much more common/less backbreaking).
Jockey and Speed Bump are also different. post #788913 is Jockey, post #1316652 is Speed Bump. Note the leg positions: former is straddling the bottom like an actual jockey (hence the name). Jockey is somewhat mistagged, but that's hardly surprising when it lacks a wiki. Will get those sorted out.
