Aliasing kurt_kopek → kurt_köpek

Reason:

Art with both tags have been done for FA username kurtkopek. e621 username kurtkopek changed character tag for 4 uploads TO kurt_köpek.

On May 10 (2016) kurtkopek edited three uploads with tag edit +kurt_köpek -kurt_kopek

Decided to check with the person about spelling of Kurt character (via Fur Affinity's Notes messaging system).

"hey Kurt: is Kurt's full name Kurt Köpek (with umlaut above the "o")??? ..." (and gave background on e621 tags, etc)

and he replied
"That is all actually correct! ..."
