Topic: Takedown problem

So in the last month I've been uploading some of gusana's art. But today I noticed a message from an user claiming to be her asking me to take down her comissions. I had my doubts but searching in her Deviantart I saw that she doesn't allow her comissions to be used without it's comissioner permision.
So... who do I have to contact?

The Artist herself has to fill out the takedown form which can be found here.
You can't do it for her.

In the mean time, you could contact the commissioners and try to get permission after the fact.
That might be sufficient to make the artist happy.
