Not sure. Is possible for the expelled fluid to completely block the view of the navel, however I didn't found any instances.

Also, I presume to know what the tag is suppose to mean, but a considerable amount of its content is just navel penetration.

I would say that a considerable part of your suggestions in this thread are kind of misplaced. The focus here is navels and variations, not sexual acts involving navels; it would be the same was bringing up a suggestion regarding penile masturbation in a thread focused in penises.
