It doesn't contain information regarding whether it has a version with a different gender or not.

I mean that's what the parent/child posts are for, you can search issparent:true or ischild:true and get posts that have multiple versions, but there's no tag to search for images specifically with versions that have different genders.
I wouldn't really see much of a point in having one either...

Tags are not generally supposed to contain information about other posts. I understand the appeal of this proposal but it is not consistent with current tagging policy. Perhaps in the future there will be more detailed post/post relationships so that we can search for pairs of posts that are crossgender or off/on.
