Is there a word for looking down at the crotch? Such as stretching your clothes so one can get a look. I find the view of the mons pubis (is there a layman word for it?) quite nice from above. It might make a good tag, too if there is none.

Urban Dictionary seems to be describing what you specified. The words you used is correct, but they combined it to one, so downskirt seems correct.

I suppose the two examples are correct and the thing I'm looking for could be found by adding a perspective or pov tag, granted if a skirt is pulled. But what if other types of clothing are pulled? A umbrella tag could be made, perhaps? We have clothing_lift but how about clothing_pull?
Ah, there is a clothing_pull tag already. Not many of them, though.

Upskirt is basically skirt and underwear/bottom visible. With that logic there could be room for a tag for seeing the same thing just from above. It doesn't necessary have to involve skirts. Upskirt makes sense as it's fully possible to see your underwear in it. But a skirt would cover just about as much as any clothing from above.
