Do you even research bro? The artist's watermark is right there in the top left of the video. It says "MKLR SFM". Took me 2 seconds to Google it and find this:

1. There is no full video, it's just a short SFM loop, but there are multiple angles
2. It's not a cheetah girl, it's a succubus from the Witcher 3. You can still pretend it's a cheetah girl though, no harm there.
3. In the future just look for watermarks and Google them.
