Reason:

This character seems to have three different names, but we obviously can't use all of them. The go go dancer and waitress ones are the most commonly used, so since we don't have an official name, it seems like one of those should be used.

that seems to be the name used by other boorus. If I recall correctly she go-go danced for like 3 seconds, but in the rest of the episodes she's a waitress.

Although the Samurai Jack wiki refers to her as Narc, however, I really doubt that's her real name. It's probably just what the character is labeled in the show's credits. Sort of like how they label people "soldier 1" "soldier 2" etc. I think they just gave her the name "narc" because that's her function in the show...she narcs on Jack.
