I understand why artists are on the DNP list, but why tags?
Stuff like flip flops, speed bump position, etc.
Why are those illegal?

Tags? Check the wiki real quick on flip flops, speed bump position, et cetera. DNP is only for artists, with a sole case being a _(character) suffix because it shares an artist name.

Ahh I must've gotten something mixed up. I followed links to those wiki pages from the DNP area. So I figured they were banned as well. My bad.
