Why would it be useful?
The way it's currently implemented, you have one blacklist that can only be applied to all situations equally, or not at all.
i.e, you can either:

• 1. Blacklist posts only (via tags, metatags etc. This includes user uploads but not member comments, forum posts etc)
• 2. Blacklist posts and avatars
• 3. Blacklist posts, avatars, and member (this includes both member and member uploads)

These options are independent of each other- You can't have a separate blacklist for members, a separate list for member posts, and a separate one for avatars.

What part(s) of the site page(s) are affected?

• Blacklist
• Forum, Post comment section, Blips
• avatars
• Member posts

Wouldn't this seem a little redundant? Why bother separating them. I can understand sort of why but it just seems less than effective.

honestly. i would like it. i have ton of shit in my blacklist so my search results would not be cluttered with stuff im not interested in but i dont mind seeing the stuff on people's avatars. but there are still few particular things that i really dont want to see anywhere at all. now i have to choose between chance of seeing content that really freak the hell out of me and having half of avatars replaced the blacklisted thumbnail
