Aliasing puffy_areolas → puffy_nipples

Reason:

I think this would be in reference to puffy areolas and erect nipples at the same time

EDIT: The tag alias puffy_areolas -> puffy_nipples (forum #282269) has been rejected by @Millcore.

-1 It should be aliased to puffy_areola and the puffy_nipples tag and it's wiki need a major clean up, since currently the tag is being used both for characters with puffy nipples and puffy areola which are distinct things.

Bumping, since this alias is still pending I was unable to submit an alias for puffy_areolas -> puffy_areola in the BUR from forum topic #27651.
