Topic: Simple way to download pool?

Posted under e621 Tools and Applications

Heyo, I was wondering if there was any way to "simply", and I use that word lightly, download a pool of images. From all the forums posts, it involves having Python and a server running and I was hoping I wouldnt need all that. Is there some site or plug-in I can use to just get them all in a zip?

Any help is appreciated

There were some pool downloaders. Not sure they're still working or not.

Just for reference, what you -actually- need is

a) an internet connection

b) something that will parse the data returned by e621's pool api, and either download all the relevant images, or produce a list of URIs to those images that you can feed into a download manager.

b) might be written in any language. (like Javascript, in the case of Sanitia's extension.. or Python.. or even shell script)

I have updated it to version 1.1
- All pool pages are now downloaded
- Fixed issue with files trying to save with invalid name, causing certain pools to not download

Give me a shout if you notice an issue!

That worked exactly how I was hoping, thank you so much for this!

I'll put it too good use dont worry
