Well, it's obviously anal_penetration, but it also appears to be imploding somewhat?

It looks as though he's "Squishing," as squids and octopi are known to do, under the pressure if the sudden insertion. You might be able to get away with squish as a tag, maybe start up squishing_penetration or something.

tight_fit is the closest I can think of of a tag already existing (based on what it looks like on the surface).
