Topic: The tagging of Animal_Humanoid

Posted under Tag/Wiki Projects and Questions

So I am a bit confused about the Animal_Humanoid tag. The wiki says its about pictures like:

And post #985092

The wiki says that it doesnt cover anthro, but images like this:

And post #877610

Are tagged with Animal_Humanoid. Which (based on the wiki) wouldn't make sense to be tagged as Animal_Humanoid. Then why does it happen? Or am i wrong about the tag?

Updated

The latter ones are mistagged. Animal_humanoid refers to kemonomimi and (possibly?) Satyrlikes. Still unsure on the latter but can def confirm that's mistagged on those down there.

Yep.
Clean those whenever you spot them, and report the user who's tagging them (if it's not just a couple of posts).

...and don't forget to untag humanoid too, since it gets implicated.

As for satyrs and such, they can be tagged as animal_humanoid. It's close enough.

Um, why is this one tagged as animal_humanoid? While you could say it's "Kemonomimi" since it literally just means "Has animal ears," that tag is used for animal humanoids, and there's nothing humanoid about submarine sandwiches.

Kemonomimi implies or is aliased to animal_humanoid

its because animal ear tags have been aliased to animal humanoid tags. for example cat_ears is now aliased to cat_humanoid. if you wonder why, the animal ear tags use to do the same job as animal humanoid tags do now.

The wiki says nothing about pictures like that, though. So I'm wondering why Marowaque listed it instead of fixing the tags.

Just a joke.
