Reason:

New here, apologies if this is covered elsewhere. New (to me) tag, useful to distinguish different actions. Cum_down_throat combines deep_throat and cum_in_mouth.

Don't think implications needed here. And there's already a cum_in_throat tag these can be moved to.

Actually it doesn't. Cum in throat is cum in throat, not in mouth, and it doesn't necessarily mean that there's even a penis in there, either, it could just be an internal view of a throat after swallowing with some still coating it, or somebody opening wide and showing that there's cum down the throat.
