Or perhaps an alias is in order, as cardinal_(bird) also exists. I'm not too familiar with what else a cardinal might be in the context of this site (an artist? the sports team? member of the catholic church?), but if it's really an issue, we could try cardinal_(disambiguation).

Except for post #76830 they're all birds, and I have no idea why that one is tagged with it, unless they were trying to tag it as a variation of Red for the cloth, but we don't tag generic colors, only colors of fur and stuff.

check the sources too - there may be an artist named cardinal somewhere
