Actually, looking at the tag history, it's also been tagged for partially_clothed. Maybe just alias it to clothed instead?

For now, I'd say clean it out and see where it goes from there. If it still gets tagged for a mix, then alias to clothed, but if it gets tagged for what it sounds like, then alias to skimpy.
