I posted this a couple hours ago, but then it was pointed out that these look like balls with nipples...something I hadn't noticed on upload. Not that it matters for TWYS, but the artist doesn't have anything related to this listed as tags or in the description (just stallion and mare), and I'm not even that sure that it was intentional (not that that matters for TWYS either). Edit: The artist said it was unintentional.

So...

• Teats, balls, Or both?
• Dickgirl by technicality?
• Do we even have a tag for this sort of thing?

I tried all sorts of wildcard combinations in the tag search looking for something even remotely applicable.

This is probably the best descriptor of what those look like. But failing that, probably just leave it as balls. They're significantly more balls-y than breast-y, so if one has to be chosen, then it would be tagging it balls. Anomalous balls, but balls nevertheless. And therefore male and straight.

I think balltits is slightly more descriptive than titballs. Those aren't balls of tits but are tits on balls.
