First and foremost, I noticed that there was a forum post made about these two tags over two years ago, and I noticed that Furrypickle was leaning on aliasing it.

Should it be aliased or should it just remain implied?

In my honest opinion, there doesn't need to be two tags that essentially describe the same bodily functions.
