Reason:

Currently, the wiki definition for depth_of_field encompasses posts that have the focus_blur tag on them, making one or the other redundant.

I am unsure which of these is more appropriate for the effect, but depth_of_field has a higher tag count and a Wikipedia entry under the same name.
