Should be aliases. We don't do gender-specific tags.

That works too. As long as it gets categorized as student, I'm fine with it.

Are these tags meant for the students themselves, or for the gendered, distinctive uniforms that they wear? Because if it's the first option, then yes I could see aliasing to --> student since the gender of the student is already tagged separately.
However, if these are meant for tagging the uniforms, then the implication or alias should probably go to --> school_uniform instead.
And an implication might work better. Especially since trying to search for the less common schoolboy outfits would be fairly impossible without a tag for people to use, since schoolgirl outfits would outnumber them 1000-to-one. And the styles are usually pretty distinctive from each other.

I would say both. After some browsing, I found that the majority of the posts are featuring schoolgirls wearing uniform.
Many of the exceptions are featuring lila_(kashiwagi_aki) (image below) who is rarely donning an uniform. The rest of the posts consists either of mistagged schoolgirls with uniforms or nude schoolgirls.

That image shouldn't have the tag to start with. We go by Tag What You See, and that she's a student isn't obvious from that picture alone.

pool #4967 and pool #4195: I found no school uniforms on most of the ones I checked, and the others looked pretty ambiguous to me. Since 99% of them weren't actually school uniforms I mass removed the tag rather than going through it manually for the few posts that it did apply to.
Except for the comic mentioned above, the vast majority were school uniforms anyways. After manually pulling the ones out that didn't apply, I've approved aliases schoolgirl and schoolboy -> school_uniform.
