Is there a name or a tag for this? Thick_lips and big_lips exist but what if only the bottom lip is pronounced? Does it just get lips?

I vote bottom_lip_syndrome. It's one of the most abhorrent and perplexing furry tropes around. The ones you linked actually aren't that bad though.

I think a thick bottom lip tag would be a nice addition, personally.

Do we need more?

Well... prominent_bottom_lip might be worth considering, because sometimes the lip actually isn't that thick, it's just... rather prominent. But, both could be confusing in their own way.

Do you mean physically prominent, or inked in a way that emphasizes it? IMO the latter is too subjective. The former would be fine IMO, but maybe needs simpler language. I looked up synonyms, but the best I could find was 'protruding', which is slightly different in meaning again.

I am not really the biggest fan of anthropomorphism. I like ferals. However, it really depends on the characteristic in question. Faces are the most important aspect for my enjoyment of a piece of art, and the prominent bottom lip is a feature which makes the face seem highly anthropomorphized, which is incredibly unappealing.
