If they're not barefoot, then they are by definition not nude (but quite possibly mostly_nude).

Feet might not always be visible, though.

Some animals don't even have feet. What about spirits that hover about without legs?

Denied. Feet may be obscured, legs may end in hooves or nothing at all (amputation), and the tags themselves serve completely different purposes.
