Reason:

not sure if Milo_The_Devious is the character's name or his other artist name, but his FA name is namelessdragon72.

i tagged both as an artist simply because i saw Milo_the_devious as a tag relating to his character (on something he made) on FA.

I have no idea where the name came from, but the dragon (and artist?) seems to be called Milo. Might be a fursona perhaps.

I've denied this and changed it over a character tag instead. Let me know if you find any more evidence that the artist goes by this name.
