+1 - If there were some standardized idea of what constituted a "dragon penis" I wouldn't have trouble with that tag sticking around. But at this point it could be applied to any penis attached to a dragon that isn't instantly identifiable as based on another species.
However, spiked_penis, barbed_penis, or scaled_penis might be reasonable to consider as new tags to describe the more common styles depicted. Been a while since I looked through dragon art though and I don't know if even those would be worthwhile. More a thought for those more familiar to consider.

Barbed_penis already exists: it's been aliased to barbs, which in turn implies penis.
It tends to get mistagged by users who are tagging other kind of barbs. Leading to penis tags on safe posts, etc. Might be a good idea to flip it around and make the barbed_penis the main tag.

Change alias to: barbs -> barbed_penis
Implication: barbed_penis -> penis
That what you mean? If so, I can get behind the change. Especially since we also have the companion tag barbed_dildo still in play.

The tag alias dragon_cock -> penis has been approved by @bitWolfy.
This was many years ago and we now have animal_penis - would this be a decent target instead? I know some people specifically search or blacklist that tag and anything that could be described as a "dragon penis" probably fits under that tag.
Or does animal penis only apply to real penises, rather than fictional ones?
