Reason:

I believe the name fatz_geronimo was used on /vg/, but the artist's more visible name is koalacola and they post at http://koalacola.tumblr.com/.

note to the closing admin that forum #177204 should be dealt with at the same time

I did fatz_geronimo -> fatz_geronimo_(artist) manually, but yes, both tags should be aliased to koalacola (or not) as one.

Their Patreon refers to themself as "Fatz" (and is the more popular tag), so I've moved koalacola -> fatz_geronimo and approved it.
