Reason:

It'd probably be a good idea to have the various stripe colors imply stripes. This set of tags certainly doesn't get as much usage as the fur and scale colors, for example, but there're a decent number of posts in all of the main (color)_stripes tags except tan_stripes

I've made the following changes:
