Just a suggestion.

If you have a lot of multiple related things, you're better off making one post using the form and putting the similar ones at the bottom of the post. Particularly for things that are relatively straightforward like this one. It helps keep from flooding the page with suggestions (even if you hide it it still floods the page for admins).
