Helloh everybody, I am Dark Mikemare, and I am a furry and a brony.

I registered last year only to filter pictures, but I have been lurking for the past 2 and a half years. I am already accustomed to the rules and ToS, so whatever mistakes I make will be scarce.

I am open-minded and I enjoy the IRC alot, so you will find me there between 7-9PM everyday to discuss whatever comes to mind. I'm always looking for great artists because for years I just been saving what I find without knowing who made the art.

If anything you won't see me posting alot. I love going back to the "Tagme" pictures and tagging them to no end because it makes me feel useful.

I do not know how to select an avatar, but I'm not to worried about it. That's all from me!

You can only use images that have been uploaded to e621.net as your avatar. This also means that your image must adhere to e621's TOS and posting guidelines, which you can find here: http://e621.net/static/terms_of_service and http://e621.net/wiki/show?title=e621%3Arules

To set an avatar, you must go to your account settings located here: https://e621.net/user/edit The "post ID" that the avatar setting is referring to can be found on the left-hand side of any post's page, just under the word "Statistics". This number also appears in the URL of every post's page.

Once you find a picture on the site that you want to use as your avatar (or upload a picture yourself that adheres to the rules I linked above), then you just enter in it's post ID into the "Avatar Post ID" field and you'll be good to go.

Well to clarify, I made this account in 10/2011, but only to filter some tags. By new I mainly mean to the forum & irc.

Hum, i am used to t5ag mistagged pictures on the fly when i look at them in the first place... this kidna dedication is pretty nice! If everyone thoguth like you, noone, not even you would have to do that. :P
