Aliasing mooning -> presenting_hindquarters.

I wouldn't really say it's the same thing, but the mooning tag has been misused. If somebody can bother to clean it up it could be worth keeping, and if it's kept an implication to presenting_hindquarters would be needed.

For example, I think these should be tagged as mooning (and presenting_hindquarters would be implicated)

Why not an implication to both? Also, maybe a flashing_breasts tag could be created.
