Reason:

The fairy_wings tag seems pretty underused. Not sure if it's unecessary, but...

Fairy wings can probably alias to insect_wings

Seeing as there's very little fairy art and most of it is probably Navi, I would agree to this.

Imply? Sure. They're different sorts, but they are both membranous.

I'm not a fan of the bat_wings tag, since <species>_<bodypart> tags are always problematic. Could it maybe be aliased to membranous_wings?

I've made the following changes:

• Implication: fairy_wings -> wings (denied)
• Alias: fairy_wings -> insect_wings (approved)

And since insect_wings already implies wings...well that's the end of that.
