Reason:

-1 -> Just because someone in the image has obviously *been* spanked doesn't mean spanking is in progress.

Spanking = During the action.
Spanked = The aftermath.

Only way this one might work is if you flipped it.

I'd personally go for an alias and leave spank_marks for the aftermath.

Well, based on the current tag count and usage for each of these:

spanked: 72
spank_marks: 25
(Same usage)

spanking: 999

I'd say aliasing spanked and spanked_marks together for the aftermath and leaving spanking as the tag for the act itself would get my vote.
