So far, Harvey has knocked down two full-sized trees in our neighborhood (one of which took out a wood fence), yet somehow the small oak tree in our front yard is still standing strong.

I went into my living room to get some q-tips, and since there's no power, the windows are boarded up, and the candles have been blown out for the night, turning off my flashlight would leave me in pitch darkness.

@Chameloshi: I used to live by McAllen, Texas 18 years ago... southwest of Texas. We've experienced multiple hail storms due to multiple heat waves. Especially in the cool regions of Fall.
