It may be that the local EAS Test generator for your area is incorrectly programmed. It's probably broadcasting for pointless weather alerts happening more than 100 miles from where you live.

@vex714: I doubt it either of those things, because the screen cuts to black and plays a non-complete version of the EAS sound, but nothing else plays afterwards, changing channels reverts the black screen, and it happens at non-specific hours

@Chameloshi: probably testing but maybe it's something you can adjust from the settings menu. It may have an alarm clock set at early morning times.

@Mairo: VegasPro14 doesnt support rendering for HTML5 or WEBM. So I had to use a video conversion website. The video playback and all of the above is just fine. But because of technical info that would hurt nobody(?) it had to be deleted?

@LethalDumpster: all of your encodes are bad and pillarboxed, but for some reason that one posts metadata states resolution incorrectly and plays at yet another differend resolution, hence whatever you did during encode corrupted the header.

@Mairo: Why was my post deleted? Sure it says "Broken/corrupted file" but thats just not true. I and other people have been viewing it just fine this entire time up until you deleted it. Did you kill it because the thumbnail goofed??
