hope nothing bad happened just visiting it, couldn't even tell it was a fake

Same here, I just checked it once a few hours ago after I woke up and then a friend told me about it.

Got a dumb question. Earlier today when I was at work stocking, I came across a spice called mace. Would this happen to be related to the mace spray for self defense or is it called that for another reason? And while I'm still here asking silly questions, would it be the same case that pepper spray is called that because it uses chili or another pepper in the spray?

the name "Mace" is a brand name of self-defense spray, it dosn't have anything to do with the spice. I believe that it's meant to bring to mind the medieval weapon, implying it's similarly effective for defending oneself.

Pepper spray gets its name because it contains capsaicin. While the spice mace and the self-defense spray mace share a name, they are entirely different substances. Similarly, pepper spray is indeed named for its chili pepper content.

Let's say i'm making a nsfw picture with fnaf characters as young, some classics like mangle, foxy, chica etc
and among this selection of characters I included Circus baby and I pretend to draw her in a style like in this picture, keeping robotic features and such, would she Pass? or is it too much for the guidelines of the site.

Initally was gonna ask about this with the marionettes (normal and nightmare) but I believe I made them good enough distinct to not break the rules.

I presume if she isn't too stylized she'd pass as a robot_humaniod/android.

that blacklist bug's been fixed now.

It's a little more complicated than that.
The original issue – where the blacklist would fail on thumbnails in DText and avatars – that had been resolved yesterday.

However, there is a secondary bug that causes those same thumbnails to not be blacklisted properly if the thumbnail for that post is already present on the page.
For example, if you blacklist a specific post, and then a person with that post as an avatar comments on it, their avatar won't be blacklisted properly.

It's all wacky edge cases that didn't pop up in testing at all. I'm terribly sorry about all that.
Should be fixed in the next patch, which is currently scheduled for Friday.
Please, let me know if you encounter any further issues.

Blips are probably similar to FA shouts except you can reply to them, so maybe they're more like DeviantART page messages

at this point, it's like mix between a shoutbox, a no-topic forum thread. back when recent blips showed up on the user page I'd say it was also kinda like Twitter.

Found a T3 pokimane sub in the wild luckily my state allows concealed deodorant carry, and i was able to defend my family 🙏

sadly that blocked all PFPs, and I am with @Kemonophonic in just needing blacklisting re-enabled on avatars

it's a band-aid yeah, but like, if the option is either not giving up on using the site or just hiding a few elements until its fixed...

it's a bug with the new implementation of the blacklist. from what I can tell, only the first of these thumbnails on a page were being checked for blacklist. Cinder said it should be fixed some time tomorrow.

I don't get why you guys just give up untill it's fixed like this when it's so easy to just band-aid fix it on the user end instead.

.post-thumbnail.dtext, .avatar { display: none;  }

put that in your custom CSS stylesheet under advanced in settings and you're golden.

just tried that, thank you for the suggestion

Just letting you guys know that until this blacklist issue with user avatars is fixed I won't be coming back. I can no longer comfortably browse this site without being forced to look at shit I don't want to see with no way of disabling it.

Oh wow. I mean, crap.
Also, I agree.

See y'all sometime.

I quite like the new blacklist, and the fact it remembers if I unchecked any tags.
