With large amounts of help, testing and input from @ajk and some input from @Mairo I can now finally release yet another version of my script, this time focused way more on only e621 and the user base.

@Nicklo6649: The public version of this script is made to require minimal user input, and is locked behind variable bitrate to ensure maximum quality, however can switch bitrate mode if the final result reaches 100mb+. Also updated my updater.
