The act of crouching down to lower one's balls onto someone else (usually onto their face), in a manner comparable to dipping a tea bag in water. Note, the "tea bagger" does not necessarily need to have balls, but the concept should be referenced in the image if they don't, or the character should be shown via sequence or animation that they crouching up and down on the other character.

Traditionally a concept in video gaming, where a victorious player rapidly crouches up and down over a fallen opponent to humiliate them.
