stretched urethra

When the urethra, and by extension the head of the penis, of a character is larger than usual. Usually caused by urethral_penetration or by the penis head being spread dramatically.

Not all urethral_penetration or spread_urethras result in a stretched_urethra. If there is no significant deformity to the head of the penis or the radius of the urethral orifice, it should not be tagged stretched_urethra.
