A meme from The Shining , a horror film released in May 1980, produced by Stanley Kubrick, and based on Stephen King's novel of the same name.
Near the climax of the movie, the character Jack Torrence (played by Jack Nicholson) pursues the rest of his family throughout the hotel they're staying in, at one point cutting a small hole in a door with a fire axe and poking his head into it, hissing out a deranged-sounding "Heeeeeeere's Johnny!" before proceeding to break down the door to get at his wife inside.
This scene is iconic, and was depicted on its UK movie poster when The Shining was released there in October of 1980. As such, it's frequently referenced and parodied.
