• the character is causing their penis to bounce up-and-down by doing a pelvic thrust
• if the character's penis is jiggling or shaking around from being thrust into, with no side-to-side swinging motion

• Shaking Penis
• Shaking penis specifically refers to a character using their hands to wag or bounce the penis, a character can swing their penis by shaking it, but not all penis shaking causes a swinging penis
